NB: In High Season  15% of reservation will be returned if cancellation is made 2 weeks before date of reservation

BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1.- Minimun stay.

Minimum stay of 2 nights throughout year, except public holidays (3-4 nights) and festivals such as Easter and Christmas (4-7 nights).

Summer High Season, July, August, and first fortnight of September (7 nights). Houses are available from 4 pm onwards on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 12 pm day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

2.- Prices.

Prices are valid until 31st Decemmber 2007. 7% IVA (VAT) not included except when specified.

A 90 Euro deposit may be charged according to house or time of year, which will be returned if no damages are incurred.

Prices include non excessive use of water, electricity and gas, bed linen, towels and cleaning before arrival. Reservations of 2 weeks include   a change of sheets and towels, and 1 cleaning day.

3.- Capacity of houses.

Prices vary from house to house, and according to the number of occupants. No more than the number of persons indicated for each house will be permitted. Right of non admission will be reserved.

Visitors not permitted without advance notice.

 4.- Faults and deficiencies.

Any faults or deficiencies should be reported immediately. Andalucia Park will remedy the situation as soon as possible, and if deemed necessary, find alternative accommodation. Any complaints made after leaving the property cannot be attended to.

5.- Changes.

For reasons that my be beyond the control of the company, Andalucia Park reserves the right to change the reserved accommodation for another similar. If the client does not accept the alternative we will refund the amount paid.

6.- Acceptance of conditions.

The clients agreement with Andalucia Park includes the acceptance of all the above conditions. All complaints, whether made by the client or by the organising agency, are under the juristriction of the Huelva courts, and none other.
